Our artists are important to us and to the music lovers who embrace the arts culture. We are looking for craft vendors and artisans alike to help bring 2019’s festival to life.
With space for fifty or so booths, our jury process is simple: once the application has been approved, first-come, first-served.
Vendors who would like to apply for an opportunity to have a 10’ x 10’ space must provide the required information in the application form first. A $60 booth fee covers the Louisville Metro vendor permit fee and electricity for each booth. A tent/canopy is suggested, but not required. Private, free, off-street parking is available nearby to the artists on a first-come basis. Groups with political or religious agendas will not be accepted, and food vendors see below for more information.
The festival takes place this year on Friday, October 11, from 6:30 - 11:15 pm, and Saturday, October 12, 2 - 11:15 pm. Vendors are asked to be present during all hours of the festival.
FOR COMMERCIAL VENDORS: if you would like to apply for space, we are increasing our booth fee for all commercial business vendors (i.e. window restorations, bath fitters, etc) to $250.00.
All applications must be received between April 1 and September 30.
