Assignment to grant permission for use of photographs on website and other advertising materials. This assignment is applicable for any photograph contained on this CD produced by David A. True. The possible relocation of the images contained on this CD to another medium or removal of the copyright and/ or authorship credit does not reduce or remove the obligations of the Client. Grant of Rights. Photographer shall grant to the party(ies) the following rights: Client shall have the right to reprint or reproduce by reprinting from the electronic original any of the photographs contained on this CD or by electronic duplication for website use and other advertising materials.. These rights are granted by the Photographer based on the understanding that the Client will not sell or otherwise transfer or assign the rights granted herein and that the intent is to allow the Client to use said photographs on their website or promotional materials and this release is expressly granted for those specific purposes.
